These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of myvelnara.com, including purchases made through the website. The website and VELNARA brand are operated by Greenwill Enterprises (“VELNARA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Eligibility
You must be competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law. A person under 18 may use the website only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
2. Accounts and information
If an account is created, you must provide accurate and current information, keep login credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
3. Communications
By placing an order or providing contact details, you agree to receive transactional and service communications by email, SMS, telephone or WhatsApp. Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law, and you may opt out of non-essential marketing.

The website is hosted by Shopify and may use independent payment, logistics, analytics, marketing and technology providers. Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy notices. A link does not necessarily mean that VELNARA endorses or controls the linked service.

VELNARA products are cosmetic or personal-care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Website information is general and does not replace medical advice.
